Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Jigasaurus, including catalogue puzzles, uploaded-image puzzles, and account-based save functionality.

Overview

Jigasaurus is an online jigsaw puzzle service that lets users play puzzles from a curated catalogue, create puzzles from uploaded images, and optionally save progress using a Google account.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
  • Sign-in is provided through Google authentication only.
  • You are responsible for your account and activity under it.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not interfere with the service or use automated systems without permission.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code except where that restriction is not permitted by law.

User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Jigasaurus a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content where needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload that content.

Private and Catalogue Content

  • Uploaded images are private and are only accessible within your puzzles.
  • Signed-in uploaded puzzles may be stored on our servers to support save and resume functionality.
  • Guest-created uploads are generally stored locally in the browser on that device.
  • Catalogue images are sourced from third parties, including Pixabay, and attribution is provided where available.

Mature Content

Some catalogue images may include mature or artistic content. Users can control visibility through the Hide all, Blur, and Show settings. Home does not display mature catalogue images, and we do not guarantee that all content is perfectly classified.

Availability and Liability

Jigasaurus is provided as is. We may modify features, update content, or experience downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, user content issues, or third-party content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
